These terms govern your use of Shiptronix Seller Connector, operated by Shiptronix. By authorizing the application against your Amazon Seller Central account you accept them. If you are accepting on behalf of a company, you represent that you are authorized to bind that company.
The service uses the authorization you grant to read data from your Amazon selling account through the Selling Partner API and to present that data in response to your questions. Where you have granted the Buyer Solicitation role, it can also trigger Amazon's own templated Request a Review message for an order. It does not compose or send free-form messages to buyers.
Answers are generated from data returned by the Selling Partner API and from an AI assistant. Data can be delayed, incomplete, or misread. The service is provided as an aid to your own judgment, not as a system of record. Do not rely on it as the sole basis for financial, tax, inventory, or compliance decisions.
We may change, suspend, or discontinue the service, in whole or in part, at any time. Amazon may also change or withdraw API access, which can interrupt the service without notice.
You may revoke authorization at any time from Manage Your Apps in Seller Central. Revocation ends the service immediately for that account. We may suspend or end access for misuse, non-payment where fees apply, or where required by Amazon or by law.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Shiptronix is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Our total liability arising out of or relating to the service will not exceed the greater of the amounts you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim, or one hundred US dollars.
Our handling of your data is described in the privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. The state and federal courts located in Hillsborough County, Florida have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
